What you give us

When you book a call, call, text, or email us, or become a client, you may give us:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your business name, your trade, and anything you tell us about your business
• Billing details, if you become a client

What we collect automatically

• Basic visit data from our analytics: the pages you view, the site that sent you here, and your browser, device type, and country. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) do not use cookies.
• Request logs kept by our hosting provider, such as your IP address and the time of each request, used to keep the site running and secure
• Only if we turn on the Meta pixel: cookies and similar technologies that let Meta show our ads to people who have visited this site

Booking a call

The booking calendar on this site is Google Calendar's appointment booking page. What you enter there, such as your name and email address, goes to Google and to us, and Google's privacy policy also applies to it. Google may set its own cookies inside the calendar.

How we use it

• To confirm your call, send reminders about it, and follow up afterward
• To provide and improve our services if you become a client
• To send you marketing messages by email or text, only if you agree
• To understand how the site is used and to measure our own advertising

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your call and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With the service providers that run parts of our business: Google (booking calendar and email), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), GoHighLevel (our CRM, where we keep contact and client records), Stripe (client payments), and Meta (only when the Meta pixel is on)
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights
• As part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business

How long we keep it

We keep contact and client records while we work together, and afterward for as long as we need them for taxes, accounting, and legal reasons. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or reply STOP to any text
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
• Adjust the ads you see in your Meta and Google ad settings
• Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing cade@werthmedia.com

Do Not Track

Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for it, so this site does not respond to it. Our analytics do not follow you across other websites. When the Meta pixel is on, Meta may collect information about your activity on this site and other sites over time.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Other websites

This site links to other websites, including the client websites in our portfolio. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
