These terms govern your use of werthmedia.com (the "Site"), operated by Werth Media, a dba of CCB Marketing LLC ("Werth," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Using the Site
You must be at least 18 to use the Site. You agree not to break the law while using it, send spam or harmful code, try to get into parts of the Site you are not meant to access, or pretend to be someone else.
Our services
Booking a call or contacting us does not make you a client. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything on the Site or in these terms.
Results and the guarantee
Results shown on the Site come from specific campaigns for specific businesses. They are not a promise of what your business will get. Results depend on your trade, market, offer, budget, and how quickly you follow up with leads.
Our return-on-ad-spend guarantee applies only to Meta ads management and only under the terms and conditions of your signed agreement with us. If anything on the Site conflicts with your agreement, your agreement controls.
Portfolio and other websites
Our portfolio shows websites we built for clients and links to them. Those businesses own and run their websites and may have changed them since we built them. Company names, logos, and marks belong to their owners.
We are not responsible for the content or practices of any website we link to.
Our content
The text, graphics, logos, images, video, and code on the Site belong to Werth or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Werth and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
